We currently offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Auzzy Brands is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside of our control. However, if your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product so we can make it right.
