Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Auzzy bottle.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Please note:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• We are not responsible for lost return shipments

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
